• Project manager for engineering change control & VAVE projects by Critical-Chain Project Management.
• 3 years' plus experience leading teams. Prior Core Team Leadership on complex line extensions and new products
• Responsible for formulating project plan, identify major stakeholders, organize resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information)
• Eliminating or minimizing risks to progress, raising significant hurdles to senior management's attention for resolution
• Drive collaboration with cross cultural, external vendors and cross functional teams - Business, Marketing, Operations, Quality and Regulatory personnel to deploy and to continually improve projects.
• Leading the creation and following up of cross-functional program plan, including budget, resource and capex planning, to fulfill the business goals.
• Successful commercial, design and business project reviews; makes Portfolio Decision Team aware of, and proposes solutions to, unanticipated or potential issues/concerns as soon as they are known.
• Providing work definition and direction to the assigned cross-functional Core Team Members
• Ensure quality, reliability, stability of product design including acceptability of product by intended customers
• Ensures there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project portfolio KPI results and the associated knowledge of lessons learnt.
• Responsible for leading product development efforts that consist of one or more projects under development for a specific platform or business segment
• Responsible for leading all aspects of development on their program, that may cover from the start of the Concept or Definition Phase through successful completion of the Launch Phase and Program closeout (i.e. commercialization and transition of product into normal business operations or Life Cycle Management processes)
• Defining refining, and understanding customer requirements; spends time with customers/end-users and investing in understanding customer environment
• Responsible for all necessary Milestone Review Engineering Documents, Design Reviews, DFMEA, Design Qualification Testing and Engineering Document Creation (Drawings, BOM's, Specifications).
• Ensure modifications to existing products respect the change procedures outlined by the Platform and follow the requirements of applicable external certifications (UL, FM, CE, CCC, RoHS, DNV, CRN)
• Work with Engineering Lab team schedule performance, vibration, and life/reliability testing. Help define new lab test procedures to test and qualify product changes and development.
• Managed projects for HVAC, FMCG, Automotive, Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration products.
• Ensure the quality assurance and quality control plan according to organization industry
• Create competitor product bench marking reports, waterfall diagrams and product positioning.
• Developing ideas for new products and production systems using computer-aided design to create detailed designs and specifications.
• Prepare professional project progress reports for clients and suppliers.
• Reverse engineering and tear down analysis were carried out to study competitor products.
• Plastic injections, die casting, and sheet metal part design and VAVE experience on projects.
• Lead and manage CAD team members to ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
• Business development for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
• Prepare competitor insights, value proposition, launch strategy, product and price positioning, market segmentation and application overview.
• Marketing of new product and technology, product promotion and branding.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Make visits to branches for product promotion, customer presentations, branch training, negotiation meetings etc.
