Responsibilities:
• Recruiting manpower (screening, taking HR round interviews, salary negotiations & updating
the joining).
• Conducting drives by contacting & communicating with the Universities, Campuses, Dist.
Wise Govt Org., (APSSDC, SEEDAP, Employment Exchange Offices, MCS, NSC, Olive
Foundation etc.).
• ESI & UAN registration activities.
• Leaves & attendance management.
• Preparing Dashboards for year-end reports.
• Maintaining employee records through MS Excel & personal files, handling employee
concerns.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR Department, Creating awareness about HR Policies.
• Invoice preparations (Monthly Bills) and Taking care of Labor License Renewals, Agreement
Renewals, Annual Returns.
• Maintaining data base (MIS).
• Maintaining the official relations by greetings.
