• A well knowledge DCS Operation control (Version: Emerson Process management).
•A well knowledge continuous process over organic, solvent recovery unit like distillation, Evaporator and Extraction.
•A well knowledge of Plug flow Reactor and shell and tube heat exchanger.
•Handling of Hazardous chemical like Hydroflouric acid, Bromine, Chlorine, etc.
•Effective man power handling (operation/section-wise) to ease the operation, maintaining house-keeping, strictly following safety norms in order to achieve Zero incident/accident.

•Monitoring & performing environmental controls, Analysis of environmental test reports, Hazardous &non-hazardous waste disposal etc.
•Achieve target production.

•Thermic fluid burner (Hot oil system).
