Reception- Greet visitors and direct them properly while
ensuring that a professional image of the company is
demonstrated at all times
-Office Coordination- Guarantee a smooth operation of
the office by dispatching mailing properly, executing
clerical tasks and liaising events/meetings schedules
- Office Supply Procurement-Ensure availability of office
and kitchen supplies while maintaining adequate stocks.
- Phone calls Answering-Greet callers and redirect them
to the concerned party or answer their requests when
needed.
- Driver Dispatch- Schedule and dispatch drivers, work
crews, and vehicles to appropriate locations according to
customer requests or the office’s needs.
-Office Dispatch- Relay work orders, messages, and
information to or from work crews and field.
- Maintains a log of all communications/dispatching
requests occurring.
