Being the first point of contact to banks for employee verification.

Recruitment
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in Job portals.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work.
• Reviewing applications and conducting telephonic interviews
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to meet vacancy requirements in the company.
• Filling in vacant positions through external staffs as well as internal staffs
• Scheduling interviews of candidates with respective HOD’s
• Preparing Appointment letters and Offer letters for new joinees
• Coordinating with the PR department for new joinees visa formalities
