The Accountabilities:
Accountable for completion of piping installation work as per
test pack requirements and releasing of test pack for further
activities.
The Attainments:
Pipe line erection activities, Referring to isometrics & GA drawings, material management, Targeting work according to test packs requirements, Safety walk through, Tool box talk.
On completion of welding, release of joints for PWHT & RT activities.
Coordinating work with other departments as structures, electrical, instrumentation etc.
Reporting to Construction Manager (PMC).
The Accountabilities:
Undertaking Site Management, Inspection of equipment internals, Safety, Planning of Material and Manpower to meet the completion schedule.
The Attainments:
Supervising and coordinating work for Flushing of Lube oil system, drying of refractory works, loading of catalyst, equipment internal inspection thru RFI’s, torquing and tensioning of manholes and nozzles.
Pre-commissioning checks for all Process Equipments for Train-6, 7 & AKG-2 at Ras Gas Expansion Project.
Providing Complete commissioning assistance to RAS Gas with all resources like manpower, equipments and consumables. Leading commissioning team of 5 Engineers, 3 Superintendents, 10 Supervisors, 40 foreman / Charghands and 450 skilled & semi skilled workers.
Reporting to Operations Manager.
The Accountabilities:
Arrangement of resources like manpower, plant and machineries.
Planning of shutdown activities along with resource mobilisation and getting approved from client.
Finalisation of sub contracts for scaffolding, Painting, Catalyst unloading and loading, Nitrogen supply and purging, IRIS inspection and mobilisation of all resources according to the activities planned.
Handling of all project operations from estimation and proposals to handing over of project.
The Attainments:
Major maintenance shutdown for Gas Re-Cycling Plants at Khatiya Main, North & South plants.
Overall controlling and coordinating of all manpower and machineries and sub contractors.
Controlling and monitoring of all shutdown activities as per planning schedule and reviewing in daily review meeting with client.
Arranging of safety courses and PTW.
Approvals of critical lifting plan and ensure it is followed strictly.
Work carried out round the clock and supported by 3 shutdown Engineers, 2 Planning Engineers, 2 QA/QC Engineer, 1 Logistic Officer, 2 Permit Coordinators, 2 Safety Engineers, 15 safety officers, 2 Rigging Superintendent, 30 Foreman and chagehands and 300 semi skilled and skilled workers.
Completed all these shutdowns before schedule date with distinction of quality of work in very safe manner and without any loss time incident.

Accountable for complete Site Management, Quality, Safety, Planning of Material and Manpower to meet the completion schedule.
The Attainments:
Making Right of way for all flow lines from well head to collecting station.
Installation of concrete sleepers, crushing barriers, fencing of well pad, well head platform.
Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Flow lines from various Oil wells to different collecting station in South & East Kuwait.
Wrapping and coating of weld joint after sand blasting.
Team was supported by 1 Site Engineer, 2 General Foreman, 1 QA/QC Engineer, 4 Supervisors, 2 Safety Officers, 1 Material coordinator and 100 Skilled and semi skilled workers.
Reporting to Operations Manager.
The Accountabilities:
Arrangement of resources like manpower, plant and machineries.
Performing of shutdown activities according to Planning schedule finalised by client.
Supervising and coordinating the work of sub contractors for scaffolding, Painting, Catalyst unloading and loading, Nitrogen supply and purging, chemical cleaning, IRIS inspection according to the activities planned.
Supervising, planning, scheduling, co-ordinating with clients, various in house departments, suppliers/ vendors. Attending daily review meetings with client (Qatar Petroleum).
The Attainments:
Major shutdown for Arab-D and Khuff H & L Gas Re-Cycling Plant.
Overall controlling and coordinating of all manpower and machineries and sub contractors.
Controlling and monitoring of all shutdown activities as per planning schedule and reviewing in daily review meeting with client.

Preparation and Approval of critical lifting plans and ensure it is followed strictly.

Coordination of bid with various departments, vendors and sub contractors.
Final discussion with management for pricing.
Submission of Bids to client well within schedule time.
Responsible for Additional work of sub contract management.
The Attainments:
Taking of bill of quantities and issuing enquiries to vendors and contractors.
Taking bid clarifications from client and attending meetings, visiting site for work assessment.
Completing Pricing based of all inputs and getting management approval on price.
Making all tender packages and submitting to client.
For sub contract management preparing contract specification (Technical & commercial) for vendors and sub contractors.
Floating enquiries to vendors/contractors for various civil, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation work.
Reviewing their quotations with reference to given specification, preparing comparative statements, taking management approval and issuing their work orders as per company norms.
Reviewing their invoices and approving for payment to accounts.
Reporting to Project Manager
The Accountabilities:
Responsible for site activities for erection, testing & commissioning of all common and auxiliary equipments/ Piping, co-ordination with subcontractors / Vendors.
Operation and maintenance of entire plant for 18 months and then final hand over to client with training to their staff.
The Attainments:
100 MW Diesel Power Plant, Brahmapuram, Cochin, India.
Supervising and coordinating erection, testing & commissioning of common and auxiliary systems. Such as Fuel oil storage & Pumping units, Starting air compressors, instrument air compressors, Water softening units, Oily water separators, cooling tower for air compressors, lube oil and water coolers etc.
Planning, co-ordinating with various in house departments, vendors, subcontractors, client, local govt. authorities like Directorate of Factories and Boilers for approval of drawings and materials.
Attending weekly review meeting with client. Raising progressive invoices. Sending weekly report to HO in France.
Team was supported by 6 Engineers, 8 Supervisors, 1 sub contractor with full team of Engineers, supervisors and workers (Total around 250).
