I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in HR & Marketing from SCMS-Cochin. As a part of the program, I underwent my summer internship project at the Polaris Software Lab Limited for a period of 3 months and made a comprehensive study on the "Work environment and Job satisfaction level of the employees"and submitted a report on the same. I also received an international certification from Capsim International for successfully completing their Capstone Business Simulation exam.
