* Providing VP with advice on financial matters including P&L, Work done declaration, Annual Budget
invoice submittal to clients, subcontractor payments, subcontractor final accounts, cash flow
statement.
* Review and forward the following documents received from site to VP
a. Comparison statements - Material, Labor subcontract, Subcontracts
b. Tender from Budget - Review with PM
c. LPOs and Subcontract agreements and subcontractor Billing
d. Scaffolding, Formwork and PMV dept monthly reports
e. Variation statement
f. Quarterly review meeting - Project performance reports
g. Labour productivity reports
h. Material reconciliation report
i. Petty Cash
j. Negotiation meeting with the subcontractors
k. Labour and staff allocation statements signoff
l. Equipment efficiency Index report
m. Diesel - Mileage report
n. Annual Budget report vs work done achieved
o. Cash monitoring report - Work done vs Bill certified vs Bill submission vs Payouts
p. Receivable statement
* Ensured effective project implementation from creation of WBS, CBS in SAP to monitor the status
of invoicing
* Performed project costing related reporting to ensure that expenditures are kept within project
budget
* Generate labour productivity report
* Preparing cost analysis of each item based on Earned Value methodology
