Joined company in 1991 as a Management Trainee; advanced rapidly to General Manager to Director of Operations. Primary accomplishment since being promoted to Director of Operations is the turn-round of nine restaurants in an under-performing region and acceleration of revenue growth. The region has grown to number two out of thirteen regions in 9 months. My position holds a broad scope of responsibility including P&L accountability, strategic planning, business development, sales forecasting, and quality control, in the North California division.
