•Collaborating with design consultants for Preparation of IFC drawings for all disciplines including Architecture.
•Connecting with Architectural, Structural, mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing/Piping), electrical engineers, land surveyors, quantity surveyors & project managers and addressing design-related issues
•Monitoring Preparation of shop drawings with a team of CAD operators for execution of the project
•Liasoning with the Design consultants for speeding up the reviewing of Technical Queries (TQ) as per site constraints, Technical bid evaluations, NMR-601 & 602 for the materials approval as per project specifications.
•Preparation of Architectural shop drawings with a team of CAD operators for execution of the project
•Collaborating with design consultants for approval of the drawings to ensure smooth operations
•Connecting with:
oStructural, mechanical/electrical engineers, land surveyors, quantity surveyors & project managers and addressing design-related issues
oSub-Contractors/ Specialists in alignment & interface of the proposed pergolas, kiosks and civil defence pathway with the existing structures
•Consulting with project consultants for materials submittal, basis BOQ, contract drawings and facilitating approval of materials as per time & cost parameters
