Responsibilities :
•To have daily meetings with MASCOT development team to understand in-depth of the requirements from outbound interface from AP to MASCOT.
•To explain the current solution in the outbound interface from Novora and MASCOT
•To map the data requirement from MASCOT and the data captured in Oracle AP and other dependency to the scope of the project.
•To provide a functional solution in Novora to capture additional information in Oracle and send in the required data to MASCOT to improve future projections and bridge the existing gaps in the reporting tool.
•To do the MD050 Kick off meetings and 25%, 50% and 90% review calls with the business and other stakeholders in the project.
•To get approvals for the MD050, and coordinate with the development team to review the changes to be updated in the MD070 and provide approvals.
•Support the Dell performance testing team on the process and to involve business partners in UAT for testing and sign-offs

•Sizing of Concur Phase V Project.
•To update the BRD and get the required approvals from stakeholders.
•To have regular meetings with business to understand the functional aspect of the requirements and the dependency on other modules and external systems to R12.
•To have review calls and to do the MD050 Kick off meetings and 25%, 50% and 90% review calls with the business and other stakeholders in the project.
•To update the solution accepted by the stakeholders in MD050 of the component.
•To be a part of the MD070 review calls and provide recommendations and approvals for development and deployment of the changes in production.
•To coordinate with the performance testing team support the criteria that needs to be tested.
•To prepare test scripts for UAT and get the approvals.
•To support the business during the final testing and gather the sign offs

Responsibilities :
•To engage with the business partners, technical leads and informatica consultants to understand in depth the current usage of Applimation tool in 11i for archiving data related to Financial Modules.
•To study the business requirement and its impact on the system for rolling out the archiving functionality of applimation tool for Oracle Projects module.
•To highlight the changes on Oracle tables in R12 for transactions currently archived that would need the archiving rules in applimation to be fine-tuned for R12.
•To understand and formulate testing scenarios for CRP and UAT for data before archiving and after achieved.
•To identify reports effected on archiving responsibilities via SLA and other changes to tables and to involve Oracle technical team to work on standard reports and other custom reports to fine tune the results.
•To involve performance testing team to conduct a performance testing on the effected reports fine-tuned for R12.
•Conducted CRP1, CRP2, UAT with business involvement and systems control group at Dell

Responsibilities :
•Driven the R12 Upgrade Project for Procure to Pay Modules for the existing Oracle E-Business Suite (Novora) as Oracle will discontinue customer support for version 11i in Nov 2013
•Completed a detailed R12 assessment of business challenges (pain points) and existing customizations and reviewed the new R12 functionality to determine best fit for Dell business and stakeholders.
•Performed a technical upgrade in test environment on the Recommendation for Novora R12 Upgrade feature-set and sized the project in mid-2012 to obtain project funding for FY14 roadmap
•Conducted workshops on future state requirements for P2P processes (Purchasing, Payables, Novora System Close, Intercompany, Inventory, Tax and Multi-Org) to understand ‘Current State’ process, pain points and improvement opportunities, Road blocks and dependencies, Benefits, risks, concerns, ‘Future-State’ design recommendations.
•Mapped as-is and to-be process flows in Novora and reviewed flows for impacts to current Novora R12 upgrade. Interacted with Deloitte and other partner consultants on the project to streamline various process as per the business needs.

•For Poland and Croatia, business process change from Individually Billed Individually Paid (IBIP) to Individually Billed Card Paid (IBCP) and this would impact Novora on Payment to AMEX and remittance files to Concur process
