State of Art multi-disciplined Hospital, which is part of Kuwait’s major upgrades of the public health care system. It is locates on a site of around 88, 000 m2 and has an overall built up area of about 265, 000 m2. Scope of work includes complete Design Construct, Equip, furniture and maintenance for Car Park, Main Hospital Building and Complete MEP disciplines over 617 bed spaced building. Special features of the project includes Curve Shaped tower with 14 stories on a Site right on the Sea shore and Large Energy center with all main services/ Utilities in one place. As Part of MEP Planning involved in
•Developing the Project Plan for MEP Works
•Developing the completed schedule & milestones achievable in time using Primavera software.
•Closely follow-up with designers & vendors to receive the engineering deliverables, materials & equipment as per the project/site requirement.
•Identifying critical path activities for work area and/or work disciplines and monitor schedule deviations and propose corrective action/work around solutions.
•Preparation of Schedule, Project Management System (PMS) for tracking the project status, manpower & quantity progress, daily, weekly & monthly progress/performance reports and Presentations for Client

Ministry of Public Works - Project Control System Development:
The project involves complete development of Project Control System for the entire Ministry of Public Works. This includes
•Developing the project control system(PCS) using primavera and PM Web software
•To carry out the system development process and Plan for each and every sector
•Carry out sector-based gap analysis
•To Develop project management plan
•Implementation of complete Primavera P6v8.2 and PM Web
•Provide Training to the Project Management Team in All sectors.
Role: Involved in Primavera P6 implementation as P6 analyst from the inception of the Project control system in MPW.
Project 5:
Designation:
The Government of Tamilnadu created a Special purpose vehicle for implementing the Chennai Metro Rail Project. It is proposed to provide about 45Km Metro network in the city across two corridors in Pahse-1. Corridor -I Washermenpet to Airport spanning 23km, Corridor -2 is from Central Rly to St Thomas mount. Both the corridors of Phase-1 of the project are partly elevated and partly underground. The elevated portion is planned with construction of Pier mainly on the median of the road. The underground section is planned with shield tunneling methods, except stations which will be constructed by cut and cover method
The Project role involved planning and scheduling of:
•Developing the Detail Schedule for the execution of Corridor-1
•Developing EPS, OBS, Calendar & weekly and Monthly reports on the plan Vs work done
•Detail Resources assignment & usage report on monthly work done
•Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Report and analyze deviations from plan
