- Participate in idea forums/ requirements sessions; with teams across IT and business to
discuss on new requirements, project initiation, kick-off meeting and business development
meetings.
- Organize meetings with key stakeholders on a regular basis to understand the
issues/challenges if any.
- Prepare Project plan, TOR Document (Cyber, Connect+ Applications)
- Estimate consolidation and approvals.
- Manage resources and check progress on scheduled tasks.
- Engagement of different teams during different phases of project.
- Track progress/time, cost, risk and issues.
- Participate in steering committee meeting at program level.
- Manage third parties/vendor if involved in project and understand third party processes.
- Analyze and validate requirements to prepare requirements matrix. Discuss requirements with
team(developers, testers, BA’s) to get the high level estimates
& Achievements include:
- As a beginner in IT Industry. I got a lot of scope to learn As400 system.
- Development and fix the bugs in the codes.
- Data handling in development system.
& Achievements include:
- Provide application support for Risk systems for the business, Operations across UK,
- AS/400,CDIT Kerala . - MBA classes –on going*
