Responsible for processing disputes, responses and inquiries for both the Acquirer and Issuer
from end to end.
• Knowledgeable in card acquiring and issuing transaction disputes in line with Visa, MasterCard
and Diners core rules.
• Responsible for processing Settlement and Reconciliation to assist other teams identify
incoming debit and credit transactions for bookkeeping purposes.
• Handles escalation emails from CBQ Merchants and cardholders in a timely manner. Adjust to
their demands and identify necessary information regarding their disputes to prevent back and
forth communications.
• Certified and trained to handle ATM disputes for Deposits. Able to identify if the transaction log
is successful or an error has occurred and allotment of funds from daily reports provided.
• Daily administrative tasks but not limited to includes EOD reports, MIS, Merchant debit
processing and assigning of incoming Acquiring cases.
