- developing and implementing budget plans, identifying market opportunities and strategies to cut costs while increasing revenue.
- negotiating all contracts with the clients and they will have to hire and supervise the necessary staff for keeping the property in best conditions.
- conduct inspections in order to make sure that the client is making proper use of the property in respect to contractual settlements.
- maintain a positive and high quality relation between the tenants, the landlords and the community.
- improve the property's conditions, to make new assets, to upgrade the staff and to calculate the profitability of the general business.
