Responsibilities:
- To put in place mechanism that ensures a continuously supportive learning and teaching environment
- Providing guidelines to departments on all matters concerning academic quality assurance
- Establishing the quality through self-assessment and external audit by the higher education council
- Ensuring that departments are carrying out their responsibilities in executing the approved programmers on the foundation of quality maintenance or enhancement
- To perform any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor

Achievements:
- I designed academic rules and regulation
- I designed Academic Quality Manual
- I designed Technical Advisory Group Policy Paper
- I designed various documents for Monitoring and evaluation of academic activities
- I visited some TVET schools in eastern province for accreditation and inspection
- I do facilitate the induction of new staff and students and as well as guiding the mentor program.
- I achieved the certificate for being a trainer of INTORE in IPRC East
- I coordinate and monitor mentor-ship program
- I facilitate trainers in proper preparation of teaching documents, facilitation techniques and assessment techniques.
- I facilitate trainers to deliver in Competence Based Training and Assessment program
- I do facilitate in exam moderation where the prepared paper is on required set standards as per institution
- I quarterly make surveys on teaching and learning progress and standings so as to cope with loop holes encountered to find the solution

Achievements:
In 2013: I facilitated 2 students to achieve 3rd place award at national level organized by Ombudsman on fighting against corruption In 2012:
Together with the staff, I created 12 clubs of which one club called Unity and reconciliation club got a prize after designing a project which I facilitated in the process and this project helped the school in buying Radio, TV, Sound system and other related equipment.
Since I arrived at school I facilitated in government program to built classrooms and toilets from community efforts and since then, I left the school with 19 new classrooms, 35 toilets and the furniture s related to the school needs. I was elected by all district Head Teachers to be the Vice President of Nyagatare Sports Association due to my trust worthy I was also heading commission responsible for social matters where health and education were included and the team were responsible for following up implementation of doing district common exams. I was all along chosen as head coach of football.
