KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS & JOB PROFILE:-
•Responsible for Plan, Organize, Coordinate, Execution & Monitor of Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Conditional Based, Breakdowns & Shutdown Maintenance of all kinds of Machines including Aluminium Wire Rod Mills (PROPERZI- 15TPH), Aluminium Alloy Ingot Casting Machines (BEFESA- 30/15TPH), Holding & Melting Furnaces (AIFEL- 50MT), Water Pumps, Air Compressors, EOT Cranes (KONE CRANES- 15/5MT), Cooling Towers etc. for reducing delay time.
•Ensure to conduct skill tests & training with calendar (TNI) of Staff & Technicians for all activities related to Asset Optimization (AO), VSAP Standards and other Audits.
•To ensure and completion of work execution by Safety Work Permit (PTW) System and by Isolation and LOTO-TO lock system for safety purpose.
•Ensure Safety measures are consistently followed and take initiative to enhance acceptance of safety as a culture so as to achieve zero accidental level.
•Regularly conduct Training sessions for the shop floor Technicians, Operators & Supervisors on correct methods of operations of machine & equipment by SMP/SOP/HIRADEC and WI.
•Maximum utilization of 4M (Man, Machines, Methods and Materials) and maintaining spares.
•Maintain requirement of Machines & Utility critical spare parts and other equipments for use of daily and preventive maintenance and follow up for the procurement.
•Identify vendors for servicing and repairs & Monitor, verify and recommend bills of vendors.
•Ability to Scope out plans, set goals, breakdown work into steps and set priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects and Service the customer in a way that consistently meets or exceeds the standards or expectations.
•Ensure implementation of Quality and Safety requirements and Housekeeping & cleanliness maintaining of Plant.
•Maintaining Daily checklist (CLTI) and critical parameters of equipment to keep healthy equipment healthiness.
•Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Condition Appraisal (CA), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Documentation & Maintaining equipment history & Protocols.
•Maintenance & Knowledge of different types of Hydraulic/Pneumatic valves like as Pressure
Relief valve, Pressure Reducing valve, Directional Control valve, Check valve, Flow control valve
and their Symbols/Circuit diagrams.
•Maintenance & Knowledge of different types of Hydraulic Pumps like as Piston Pump, Vane Pump
Gear Pump etc.
•Maintenance & Knowledge about Hydraulic cylinders, Actuators, Hydraulic Motor, Hydraulic
Presses, Forging presses & Mechanical Presses.
•Knowledge of Maintaining & repairing of parts from major Local & International brands such as
Rexroth, Moog control, Parker, Yuken, Bosch etc.
•Timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities in the plant or site.
•Leadership abilities to complete the maintenance & erection activities in the plant.
•Meet the time and cost target of the assigned work area.
•To increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF), by developing Kaizen, Why-Why analysis & removed the problem from its Root Cause by doing Root Cause analysis (RCA) & decrease Mean time to repair (MTTR).
•Contribute in Quality Circle, TPM, 5'S, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke etc. activities in the plant.
•Plan, Execution & Maintenance of HPCB Machines, VPCB Machines, VCS Machines, Susha Machines, Shutter Machines in Core Shop-1 & 2.
•Maintenance of Loramendi Core making Machines (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5).
•Maintenance of LPG Fired sharp oven, HSD fired Thermax ovens (14 meter & 7 meter), small LPG oven.
•Worked & Maintenance of HPM Line (High Pressure Molding) & KWL Line (Kunkel Wagner Line).
•Maintenance of Chain & Link Conveyors, belt Conveyors, Tilting Fixtures.
•Knowledge & Maintenance of induction furnace, Press Pour (6MT), scrap charging trolley.
•Responsible for maintenance of Cold-Box machines, Shell-Core machines, Core-Drying LPG Ovens conventional machinery.
•Contribute in Autonomous Maintenance (Jishu-Hosen) with production department.
•Ability to handle day to day shop-floor problems.
•Manpower handling, training & providing them separate works as per their ability.
•Develops, motivate the team members for best performance and organizes plant & machinery.
•Maintenance of 4 HI Skin-Pass Mill (Flat Products), Leveller section & there routine check-up as per schedule.
•Maintenance of Hydraulic valves, Pneumatic valves, Air Combustion Blowers, Couplings, Stamping machine, Hot Air Dryer, Back-Up-Rolls, Deflector Rolls, Squeeze Rolls, Pinch Rolls, Support Rolls, Hearth Rolls, Heat Exchangers, C.A.G. Blowers, Gear Boxes, Uncoiler & Recoiler etc.
•Ensure proper documentation related to Maintenance Activities, ISO/TS-16949, EMS-14001 and OHSAS-18001.
•Maintain the critical spares, Material Indent, Reservation of material, Monthly costing, Purchase requisition order, pending item list, Stock overview etc. on SAP PM-Module
