• The project objective was to characterize as-is processes and indirect sourcing status, Spend Analysis, assess synergies and improvement opportunities through consolidation, to develop future state vision of centralized indirect sourcing model and identify cost saving potential of 12% and to augment sourcing execution support for indirect materials and services

Operations Excellence and Cost Reduction project with one of the largest Paper manufacturer in India
• Client delivery at one of the largest Paper manufacturer in India. The project involved process improvement opportunities identification using PwC’s diagnostics methodology. The same helped the client to improve productivity of paper machine and to reduce downtime, quality defects and cost of production of paper. Executed projects to reduce cost of chemical consumption
