Deal with general and customer enquiries via phone and email
Responsible for the day to day running of the office including supply management
Responsible for updating the databases and produce reports for management information.
Support the FESCO partners in assembling proposals and presentations
Carry out general administrative and office managerial tasks including filing, telephone answering, data entry, record keeping, printing, binding etc.
Responsible for organising events e.g. tradeshows and seminars
Conduct web-based research projects as required
Keeping track of the stocks and part numbers of all the products within the company.
Generating stock reports for the sales team.
Placing orders for the stocks as per the requirements.
Managing the orders, payments and shipments of different clients.
Creating Invoices and quotations for the clients.
Updating the clients with the latest products available in the market.
Managing and updating the customer database.
