People strategist is a mission critical role that provides leadership, vision and oversight within the functional area of HR in creating a world class global workforce.
The role entails working with global business, capacity, staffing, hiring and HR leadership and playing a consultative role in enhancing business potential and demonstrating impact.

Other Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Develop and lead HR strategic interventions to support business strategies and impact culture.
Oversee and develop key initiatives in specialist group like “People on Bench”, “System Trainees”, “Business Operations” and “People allocated to accounts” to ensure the day operations and engagement is at a desired level.
Manage the annual performance review process, including training for supervisors.
Oversee the compensation and promotion cycle including special rewards interventions based on business needs. Play key roles in annual increment, individual performance linked incentives, fast tracker bonus, hot skill payouts, deferred income plan and any other compensation initiatives.
Introduce special training interventions in collaboration with the learning and development team based on identified gaps and projected business needs.
Create and monitor the engagement program for the business unit.
Provide leadership to the HR support team, develop them and build organizational capability and effectiveness. Ensure a strong focus on internal customer satisfaction through engagement surveys and effective action planning tracking on the emergent themes in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Consultative partner to the Global delivery lead related to executive compensation and benefits and business unit talent management/succession.
Lead or oversee teams working with HR on various People initiatives including process improvements.
Supporting Business Unit (IT) management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic Business initiatives and deliver results. The role entailed increasing workforce capability, new hire assimilation, performance appraisal and promotions, governing HR budgets, providing change leadership, talent management/ succession planning, day to day operations and on-going HR process improvement for the Noida center comprising of 3500+ employees.
