Material Planning for formulations.
a. raising request for required materials as per demand & supply plan.
b. Ensuring zero production loss by availing all required inputs materials in time.
c. Quarterly, half-yearly & annual forecasting for materials.
Inventory analysis & management.
a. Maintaining inventories within targets.
b. Monitoring of slow-moving & non-moving inventory.
c. Removal / writing-off expired materials.
o Material Planning and scheduling.
o Providing monthly/weekly plan to production and ensuring its execution.
o Providing the Firm Plan with material status in weekly buckets
o New Product Planning, delivery and ramp-up.
o Monitoring and disposition of the non-moving stocks lying at stores.
o Actualizing schedules as per the plan.
o Communicating the product status and delivery schedule to customer-care team fortnightly.
o Monitoring the free flow of material required for production.
o Working with QA team on disposition of any issue or material on hold.
o Providing various MIS reports on the information required upon the request.
o Planning and execution of orders as per the commitment & stipulated timelines.
o Monitoring inventory of raw material & packing material
o Managing activities pertaining to the smooth execution of sales and order processing.
o Providing support to the customers and resolving their issues/concerns.
o Working on Enterprise Resource Planning Software for all the activities related to Production Planning, order processing and execution.
