Client: QATAR GAS
Project - Qatar Gas North Field Expansion (NFE) Project. Period: Oct 2022 to Jan 2024.
Supervises several teams of skilled workers to accomplish piping, mechanical, scaffolding, pre commissioning, and start-up activities for Helium-3 (Qatar Gas): an onshore recovery facility for the production of liquid Helium under the supervision of Chiyoda Almana Engineering LLC.
• Carry-out Concept definition and engineering studies, scopes, design and preparation of engineering documents as per approved standards and procedures.
• Reviews the documentation relevant to the systems and ensures the systems are constructed in accordance with the prescribed information — drawings, specifications and vendor information.
• Coordinating and supporting the activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors.
• Refers piping and instrumentation diagram to identify, characterize, and/or locate pipelines, valves, instruments, accessories and equipment to work on per client requirements.
• Consulting with design department wherever a modification is required according to site & getting approved again from the client.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress report and reporting to the higher management and client.
• Preparing weekly work schedule and ensure the activities covered in given time.
• Conduct safety awareness talk and daily site inspection to identify work hazards, manage risks, formulate control measures and ensure safe task execution and completion.
