Making master BOM list of Typical OIL FLOW LINE TIE -IN AT NEW WELL MANIFOLDS, TYPICAL OIL FLOW LINE CONNECTION TO A MINI MANIFOLD, TYPICAL BRANCH CONNECTION DETAILS FOR DRY GAS LIFT LATERALS, TYPICAL SURFACE FACILITIES FOR NEW OIL WELL PUMPING UNIT(ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN) WITH TEST SEPARATOR TAKE OFF, TYPICAL SURFACE FACILITIES FOR GAS LIFT WELLS WITH EITHER 3” AND 4” FLOW LINE AND WITH MOBILE TEST SEPARATOR TAKE OFF(WITH BEAN CAGE PROVISION)
10. Ensuring all materials comply to the required specification and certifications (API -5l, ASTM A 105, ASME 16.9, ASTM A194).

13. Responsible for technical concurrence for materials prior to purchase.
14. Free issue material collection from Tatweer store as per consolidated material list.
15. Correspondence with Tatweer material controller regarding new allotted job and material pick list.
16. Differentiating material list for fabrication and shut down.
17. Arranging shortage material from other EPC contractor.
18. Shop fabrication material list making as per enclosure drawing.
19. Maintain material list updated.
20. Fabricated pipe spool checking for missing material.
21. Supervisor MATERIAL ISSUE REQUEST checking and issuing
22. Highlighting and maintain the completed spool fabrication detail in isometric drawing.
23. Maintaining shut down material issue detail with isometric drawing.
24. Collection of material for additional job apart from scope of work.
25. Communication with supertendent regarding additional work material.
26. Maintain list of additional job and material requirement.
27. Arranging material for urgent job from Tatweer store.
28. Making of material usage sheet for each material for client.

• Workout requirement of shuttering materials and raise indent according to planned schedule.
• Scheduling the work as per need of client
• Preparing weld map.
• Pipe spool piece fabrication as per welding map with isometric drawing in conjunction with P&ID
