Project Management: -
Project Co-ordination with Client, Vendors, Contractors, Consultants.
Project Planning in Oracle Primavera & MS Projects with due understanding of scope of work in the project.
Micro planning for critical activities and monitoring in real time.
Analyze the contract and examine the relevant scope of work and interface.
Develop Project Baseline Schedule, maintain plans and schedules deliverables.
Update schedule progress on weekly and monthly basis.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for management and client including narrative, Progress “S” Curves for overall and by discipline, Manpower histogram for planned/actual and 5week & 12week look ahead.
Monitor the progress and control the activities with mitigation plans along with project/construction team.
Analyze the contract and examine the relevant scope of work and interface.
Review of process data sheets, Piping & Instrumentation diagrams, Piping Material Specifications, Valve Material Specifications, Plot plans, equipment layouts, Piping GADs, Isometrics and Skid GAD.
Estimation of LSTK based project, Preparation of Bulk MTO, Request for Quotation, Technical comparison for Major Equipment’s like Pump, Compressor, EOT Crane and Valves.
Responsible for Evaluation of Vendor Offers, Drawings, Datasheets, Design calculations and QAPs.
Expediting manufacturing by vendor visits & follow-ups
Preparation & Review of Purchase requisition, subcontractor offers and purchase orders finalization
Participation in Pre-bid meetings & Kick-off meetings, Active interaction with the Clients, PMC & vendors to meet the project specifications and solving technical queries/clarifications.
Providing assistance and technical support to commissioning engineers at site, solving technical issues
Site visit for surveys & installation, commissioning. Participating in FAT & SAT activities.
Guiding / training new colleagues for skill development and application in projects.
Presentation for all the project management meeting with clients.
Project Leadership: -
3+ years of cross-culture experience in managing project right from development to delivery encompassing planning, monitoring and controlling in various phases of project lifecycle as Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).
Excellent Interpersonal skills aiming towards clear communication with the concerned authorities.
Result oriented work methodology, monitoring and measuring performance continuously.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills, strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities to prioritize between projects.
