Studying the scope of work & specifications of the assigned project.
Review of drawings and preparing material specifications and bill of quantity, getting approvals from the end customer for all types of drawings & datasheets of equipments.
Verify material quantity take off and order the materials and equipment as per project requirement. Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
Preparation of project plan, review and approval of Project Quality Plan. Monitoring that Client’s QA/QC Standards are strictly followed and implemented, reporting and clearance of non-conformance
Participation in project review meetings for tracking project progress.
Monitoring the requirements of the project site & keeping coordination with site management team for information exchange & required action.
Getting approvals from the end customer and authorities for all types of drawings & datasheets of equipment’s after studying the scope of work & specifications of the assigned project.
Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments
Responsible for preparing project monthly payment certificates.
Responsibilities:

Project Management
Project : Beach cleaning machine: Invented a machine mainly consists of an engine which runs through a fossil fuel which drives the entire process, the waste is collected through conveyor blade along with the sand which falls off through the perforations on the conveyor back to the sand bed, and separation of waste material takes place through the principle of Density difference. It consists of two hoppers where the different waste gets collected which facilitates easy disposal of waste. A secured PROJECT OF THE YEAR award conducted by KSCST – 2014.
