 Processing and providing administrative support to the department in all levels.

 Monitor and maintain staffing base on Basis of Estimates (BOE).

 Preparing documents in relate to the safety, overtime (OT), Company vehicles, various passes to different military bases etc.
 Following up the schedules, and get signatures in valuable documents from the top management departments.
 Coordinating and actively a team player with various branches to fulfill the departmental goals and objectives.

 Reconciliation of bank statements.
 Prepare cash flow statements.
 Prepare invoices and delivery notes.
 Manage all aspects of the business unit operating budget.
 Established and maintained close relationship with bank authorities and auditors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.
 Supervise and record operating expense of the company.
 Preparing monthly reconciliation and quarterly reports.
 Perform various ledgers activities and journal entries
 Maintain and manage all accounting records
