Major Achievements:
•UZ750 Project- VORs generated equivalent to 16% of contract value. Successfully negotiated & closed all the claims, with a conversion ratio of more than 50% in terms of value. Awarded with gold medal.
•RHIP Project- VORs generated equivalent to 14% of contract value. Successfully negotiated & closed all the claims, with a conversion ratio of more than 60% in terms of value. Awarded with gold medal.
•Major improvements achieved in data capturing through timesheets by format revision and automation.
Contract Management - Bid Stage
Contract interpretation, review and preparation of Commercial Synopsis
Commercial Risk Evaluation
Providing inputs on commercial matters such as insurance, bank guarantees, taxes, duties etc.
Raise Commercial deviations against standard conditions, which are not in company’s interest.
Preparation of Final Deviation List to be submitted along with price bid.
