RESPONSIBITITIES: Office Oriented
•Reception handling - Welcome and efficient handling of clients/visitors/vendors
•Correspondence - with Client Vendors, Prospects, Banks and Government Authorities
•Handling Quotations, Estimation and, Billing to Client
•Proper Filing and Documentation
•Ensuring Job allocation among Creative team and following up until completion
•Proof Reading artworks/catalogues etc
•Ensuring up-to-date information is provided to the partners
•Negotiations with vendors/suppliers to ensure the business get the benefit, Preparing LPOs etc
•Assisting the Director in Client-handling when required
•Ensuring confidentiality of all information

RESPONSIBITITIES: Business Development Oriented
•Prepare a database of prospects who can be contacted for creative and design Work
•Email and telephonic marketing with decision
•Send company credentials and respond to enquiries
•Assist in getting trial assignments for the company
•When required, take a first meeting with such prospects and introduce the company
