Project Description Cloud Operations (CloudOps) is the management, delivery, and consumption of software in a computing environment where there is limited visibility into an app's underlying infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities
• Leading operations related to day-to-day activities of Azure Cloud administration/Cloud DevOps by measuring, managing, analyzing, tuning & implementing necessary changes in resource utilization as per business priorities of Azure Cloud Infrastructure
• Created and managed Azure Subscription/AWS Landing Zone in the cloud using Azure DevOps pipeline and terraform and providing access to their AD groups.
• Responsible for managing, supporting, implementing Virtual Infrastructure for Azure Cloud Services,
Backup and restore Azure services, Storage Account, File Share, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Creating SPN's, Key vaults for app registration and providing access, Configuring VMs into Log analytics workspace, Creating Backup vault and configuring backup policy for Azure VM.
• Created automated solution using Windows PowerShell to Tag azure resources, Decommission of VM and unused disks, Patching VM, Snapshot creation of VM and Weekend shutdown of VM of multiple Azure Subscription
• Setup full CI/CD pipelines so that each commit a developer makes will go through standard process of software lifecycle and gets tested well enough before it can make it to the production.
• Co-coordinating with different teams (Linux/Windows Team, Network Team, Firewall Team, IDC, Core-platform team, Application Team, software development teams and QA teams) for trouble shooting.
• Automated Azure updated management monthly patching activities with the help of service now and PowerShell to reduce 70% manual effort.
• Conducted customer presentations and created various documents, including architecture documents, proposals, and statements of work.
• Led and coordinated interdisciplinary teams comprising cloud engineers, specialty architects, software developers, and DevOps engineers.
• Scheduled and conducted regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinated all aspects of the project, from initial planning to execution and closure. Windows Administration:
• Daily troubleshooting and administration activities in troubleshooting of Azure and Windows Servers such as fixing Domain join, DNS, Trust relationship issues
• Adding new disks to instances extended the logical volumes online.
• Performing patching activities on Windows servers through update management.
• Leading the remediation of critical vulnerabilities in coordination with application teams.
• Installation and troubleshooting of VM agent, Splunk Forwarder, and defender agents on Windows machines.
• Monitoring Servers through Azure Monitor and myWizard can encompass a check of system metrics such as CPU usage, Memory Usage, Network Performance and Disk space.
• Disk space management: House Keeping, Moving / clearing logs, Notification for purging old data.

CV Wizard is an application to create custom made CVs and Reports for end users from the database. Template for CV and reports created will be filled with this tool from the database upon doing export.
