• Proper documentation of any kind of Visa and its renewal, Labour Cards ect
• Handle employee database (HR Payroll System)
• Maintaining records of each employee.
• Assisting in any related works of Administration
• Maintaining and coordinate with Medical Insurance Company for Employees.
• Maintenance &Timely renewal of company Trade License& Tenancy contracts and Vehicles.
• Coordination with Medical insurance company, maintaining insurance details for employees, (Specially health insurance)
• Handling Employees leave & leave salary, other benefits.
