Prepare master schedule. Project progress monitoring. Responsible for resource allocation as per the work front availability.
Responsible for preparation of resource loaded master schedule in Primavera P6. Prepare all Planning related documents including Histograms, S Curves, Narratives etc. Monitor EPC progress. Preparation of 3 week look ahead. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
