for three months in a multinational concern having more than 1, 400 staff. I helped in set up of medical clinic by introducing policy, procedures, purchase of equipment, absenteeism control and day to day health report of staff by maintaining each staff’s health status records. Conducted induction programs, counseling sessions and recreational activities for staff. Formed a team of camp boss, safety personal, clinic doctor and an administrator to visit and check food quality, sanitation and clean cooking procedures for staff canteen. I used my special skills to reduce emotional stress and pain of pts., resulting in healthy environment among staff which reduced absenteeism to a great length which benefitted company in saving plenty of working hrs.
Worked for a quite long time, as a part time Honorary HR consultant for Diamond Electronics an electronic concern having more than 100 staff. I Prepared contract terms and conditions between employee and employer as per the labor law. Conducted interviews and appointments. Introduced administrative policies and staff efficiency encouragement policies. Handled the legal disputes and maintained a stock of all legal and financial entities. Looked after the welfare of staff and introduced many recreational activities to create stress free environment for better results.

courses: In process of getting MBA in Hospital Management. Two years diploma in Pharmacy from USA. MCP from Microsoft. Two years diploma in Nursing from Department of health Dubai UAE.
