Construction of artificial lake around jumeirah lake tower area RESPONSIBILITES
Assist with the identifying, planning, and execution of defined design and engineering activities required for the construction of the Project.
Review of the Specifications, drawings, Technical Instructions, Material Take Ofs, Quality Process documents (ie. Work Methods, Work Instructions) during the work preparation stages. Brief the Sub-contractor Staf on the requirements of the Work Methods, Work Instructions and associated Inspection & Test Plans.
To assist and co-ordinate with the subcontractors' supervisory staf to plan, co-ordinate and control work activities in accordance with approved drawings, work methods / instructions and specification requirements.
Ensure Risk Assessment/Job Hazard Analysis done in advance of commencement of activities and all preventive control measures in place by coordinating with the Safety Engineer and the Site Engineers, Project Engineer.
Implementing the company's Quality Assurance Procedure, Quality manual & Project Quality Plan and maintaining the Quality system in accordance with ISO 9001-2008.
Develop, coordinate with Quality Manager for timely submission of all Quality Documentation/ Deliverables.
Ensure Risk Assessment/Job Hazard Analysis done in advance of commencement of activities and all preventive control measures in place by coordinating with the Safety Engineer and the Section Engineers.
Establishing quality control standards and supervising their implementations.
Ensuring inspection to be commenced in HOLD & WITNESS Point mentioned in ITP.
Monitor and control incidents of non- compliance or non-conformance and propose corrective action / preventive actions for the same and investigate the efectiveness.
Preparing Method of statement, Quality control Procedure, & Inspection test plan.
Preparing Project Quality plan.
Training conducted for construction & site team to implement Project quality plan & awareness about quality and product.
Prepare Weekly, Monthly Quality control reports.
