It includes features like onboarding customer (100% online), account opening, card, loan application and onboarding (fully automated with realtime credit score check and realtime amount credit to user account at the end of application process), security and fraud check, Loan management, integration with Card printers etc. The solution enables branch-less banking, a new concept for the region. Touch screen AST (Assisted Service Terminals) and SST (Self Service Terminals) perform all the branch operations, thus enabling a true next-gen banking experience.
