Thermal design and rating for Heat Exchangers by using HTRI software as per TEMA & API660.
• Mechanical calculation by using PvElite software (only for proposal purpose) as per ASME Sec VIII Div.1 for all TEMA type heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
• Estimation, sourcing of raw materials & making proposal as per client requirement.
• Organizing chair kick off meeting with all internal departments & assigning the job after award of order.
• Develop detailed design and specification for electrochlorination process
• Handle cost and estimation for product implementation.
• Sourcing of materials as per project requirement and material specifications.
• Prepare mechanical, electrical, instrument data sheets & review of GA drawings.
• Review of civil layout & equipment layout, instrument wiring and electrical line drawing.
• Review & analyze specifications, sketches, drawings and related data to assess factor affecting component design.
• Review of O&M manual, QAP, cause & effect matrix and make necessary corrections.
• Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components using computer assisted equipment.
• Modify and revise design to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
