I play a role of group cost centre head and am responsible for the financial health of the organization. I am part of the Strategy team in order to identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions (new market/customers/segments). I help in designing & implementing effective billing & collection strategy, process & procedure. I regularly meet all key clients, develop relationships at all levels within client organization and create a perception of Client focus. I facilitate periodic client satisfaction survey with the option of empanelling a third party & design new client offering, strategy based on the survey outcome.
I ensure departmental audit is conducted on a periodic basis and be accountable for acting on the outcome areas.

• To lead the hospital operations in African Continent while facilitating the launch of the hospital in east African market in association with the doctors
• Actively participated in the finalization of deals (commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing
• Implementing business strategies & projects with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones
• Overseeing business development operations and accountable for increasing profitability and achieving business objectives within budgeted parameters
• Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele
• Appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product
• Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business
• Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms
• Providing direction, motivation & training to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance and enhancing their professional and soft skills
