operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements. •Using Oracle in searching spare parts, materials, history, documentation and failure reports.
•Use Oracle and Lisec GPS to raise order, reserve spares materials and services
•Adjusting mechanical parts using hand machine tools
•Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts
•Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades
•Modifications and Installing new Airlines, waterlines and plumbing works
•Performing scheduled preventing maintenance service on all mechanical and electrical equipment’s.
•Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
•Communicating with the production team and maintaining clean work area
•Preparing and submitting maintenance reports
and installing all mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
•Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems
•Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
•Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs
•Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
•Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
•Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
•Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools.
•Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts using rules calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

• Having Knowledge and tricks for GRENZEBACH cutting line
• Repair tools, equipment and Machines as per requirement.
• Operation and maintenance carrying for equipment’s like compressor, pumps.
• Having knowledge and tricks for ZIPPE batch house.
•Carrying and execute fabrication, Erection as per Engineering Drawings
