This is a Client/Server application implemented using Visual Basic 6.0 as front end and Oracle 8.x as back end. "Customer Care Centre" is an application being developed for BPL Engineering Limited. The main objective of this application is aimed at registering the customer complaints of all the BPL products and ensuring customer satisfaction by reducing the response time in attending to the complaint, at the same time, maintaining the quality of service.

As the Sr. Software Engineer for the Customer Care Center Project, I was responsible for

• Carried out the System Study, Analysis, Development and testing of core modules
• Lead a team of four Members and Involved in scheduling and coding of front-end programs
• Developed an interface for Replication (Data Replication utility) from Oracle to Oracle database in different locations using VB 6.0
• Involved in the implementation of the package in 4 major cities
