Planning, forecasting, budgeting and closely monitoring the budget with actual.
Investment proposal analysis and reporting to the management.
Manage all Bank transactions including Hedging, Loan servicing, arrange fund for various investments etc.
Help the management in costing and project management of various projects.
Finalisation and consolidation of financial statements.
Equip the management to take strategic decisions by rendering timely and accurate reports/observations.
Plan, implement and periodically review the internal control system to protect company’s wealth and to ensure the optimum use of all available resource for the benefit of the company.
Working Capital Management and ensure the location liquidity at all time.
AR/AP management.
Manage interim and statutory audits,
MIS report to management on regular basis.
Ensuring the updated book keeping in line with IFRS.

Heading its Trivandrum Finance and treasury operations,

Liaison with Banks and other financial institutions to ensure that companies need based facilities are taken care off at the highly competitive rate.
Structuring short term and long term funding requirements as may be required for various activities/projects.
Closely monitor the cash flow to ensure that there is a judicious monitoring of the working capital management.
Manage the syndicate loan for the construction of the residential tower
Critically review the monthly financial reports prepared for each business units and compare the performance with the budgets/last year actual.
Review the credit policy and make suggestion for improving it so as to control the outstanding and over dues of the Company debtors.
Evaluate accounting polices and procedures and align them in line with best international accounting practices.
