Responsible for development of Talent Acquisition KPI’s and ensuring KPI’s are effectively implemented & achieved across BU’s.
▪ End to end responsibility for acquisition of all Senior Management/Technical roles within Asia, Middle East & Africa business and also
staffing for high value/complex projects in complicated & niche geographies
▪ Supporting the development of strategic workforce plans, sourcing and recruiting strategies across
multiple geographies to ensure workforce diversification
Fostering strategic networking and vendor partnerships for effective talent acquisition.
▪ Preparing and finalizing the annual recruitment budget by partnering with the Finance Department, Recruitment Manager
also responsible for managing it through a proactive approach towards cost saving initiatives Middle East & Africa
and business driven strategies for reducing sourcing costs.

Establishing, reporting & analyzing recruiting metrics to identify improvement areas to drive results.
