➔ Building strong and effective customer relationship
➔ To call potential/ target clients, giving them an overview of the services.
➔ Maintaining a database of client information and regular updates of calls records.
➔ Generating leads from the prospective clients and converting them to business leads
➔ Regular follow up to clients those who are have been quoted and assuring a good business rapport with the client.
