• Supervise the installations of electrical-ELV systems on a daily/regular basis to ensure quality control and compliance with contract documents and approve material and shop drawings.
• Supervision of Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of all extra low voltage systems (Access Control system-Public Address system- Audio visual system-IPTV system-CCTV system - Clock system-Fire Alarm system- Data and IT system).
• Assist the Resident Engineer in the selection and approval of subcontractors for electrical systems in coordination with the owner’s/client’s representative.
• Review all shop/ composite/builder work drawings, material and samples submitted by the contractors to ensure compliance with contract technical specifications and ministerial requirements and recommend approval or disapproval.
• Check all sample electrical components and materials submitted by contractors; ensure compliance against ministerial requirements and technical specifications.
• Inspect all procured electrical-ELV components and materials and ensure that material on site are being adequately stored and protected prior to their installation.
• Reviews and recommend the acceptable completed progress percentages of all electrical-ELV activities to the client for Contractor’s Monthly Payment Applications.
• Lead snagging procedure to check electrical systems after substantial completion of construction activities have ended; ensure that a snag list is prepared based on outstanding works and submit to the Resident Engineer for approval.
• Monitor Shop Drawing log, Material Log, RFI Log, Procurement log.
• Review all as-built drawings provided by contractors prior to their submittal to local ministries for approval.
• Review all operation, instruction and maintenance manuals provided by contractors prior to handing over the development to the owner/client.
• Attends regular progress & coordination meetings with Client, CM, contractors, suppliers, etc.

Managing the project team and supporting sales team for new project.
• Prepare / verify / upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
• Accountable for the completion of project within specific time and meet all clients' quality,
environment, health & safety requirements
• Negotiate with subcontractor and suppliers about pricing.
• Coordinate and work closely with various internal departments to meet project objectives and
deadlines
• Review drawings, plans and perform quantity surveying

• Planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules in accordance to master & detailed construction program
• Negotiate with subcontractor about pricing.
• Handling all budgeting for major projects
• Evaluation of price comparison & costing summary
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim evaluation, pricing and agreement of contract variations

• Accountable for the completion of project within specific time and meet all clients' quality, environment, health & safety requirements
• Accountable for settlement of project disputes or clarifications during the execution of project

• Project Management-Design, Installation, Testing and commissioning of access control system, IP CCTV system, Fire Alarm system, HVAC (AHU, FCU, VAV, Ventilation Fans and CHWP), CO Detector system, PA system, Central Clock System.
• Estimating, preparing the tender documents and getting approval from the consultant.
• Execution of Work as per drawing with ensuring implementation of Safety and Quality in all activities.
• Certification of Job Completion and RFI from Clients and Consultant.
• Programming with control diagram for the DDC controllers as per sequence of operation with PID loop and Graphics design as 2D, 3D.
