Assured the integrities of equipment:
No Mechanical damage due to process to the equipment.
To check welding condition external and internal.
To witness Hydro or Pneumatic Testing, Welding Repair.
To liaise with NDT team for Inspection required.
Witnesses bolt torqueing and bolt tensioning of the flanges and verify proper alignment thereof.
Ensured:
Plates, Pipes, Flanges, Structure Materials, Fittings and Valves, Gaskets, bolts & nuts materials are receive -inspected as per the Inspection and Test Plan.
Dimensional stability to Materials spec, heat numbers, mechanical properties to drawing and material test certificate.
Edge preparations are carried out and the bevel is clean and the bevel angle is checked prior to fit-up as per QCP.
No excess miss-alignment is allowed and the root gap and the geometrical parameters are ensured as per code and WPS.
Sub-assembly and final dimensional inspection to the approved drawing.
Electrodes/filler wires and other consumables are as per WPS Pre-heating if any.
Administered:
Root welding & final welding visual inspection, NDE if required.
Checking of the inter pass temperature & recording the parameters as per WPS.
Welding inspection. (Surveillance checks before, during and after welding).
Ensure that all NDT specified are carried out and the reports are reviewed.
Interpretation of radiographic films and repair/NDT activities if needed.
Monitoring PWHT operation, review charts and reports.
Ensuring hardness after PWHT to confirm the adequacy of PWHT and do RT & MT if specified.
Pre- commissioning activities are met as hydro test, thickness check etc.
Witness hydro test and review the charts and reports.
Non confirming products are identified/rectified and re-checked.
Assured:
Ensuring the inspection and fabrication of Tank before releasing it for hydro test.

Interpret instructions and related information into meaningful and accurate work directives, drawings and guidelines.
Coordinate with subordinate staff and execute the work as per planned Schedules in compliance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
Implementation of Project Quality Plan and Technical Specifications.
Analyze and advise on project quality requirements.
Interface with supplier regarding quality matters.
Acting as primary company representative with fabricator’s quality, group, identifying corrective actions, and ensure that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner to meet quality requirements.
Review of QA/QC part of final product documentation.
Identify and document quality related problems and recommend solutions for quality improvement.
Monitoring the survey during shipment of components
To check, inspect and test incoming welding and construction materials to ensure that they meet project specification requirement as per section ASME Sec 2.
To check the handling procedure of welding consumables as per section ASME Sec II c, like Baking, Re baking, Holding and Re-conditioning.
To follow the inspection procedures as per the activity mentioned in the ITP.

To inspect Turbine Casing UT Check, DP Check, Leak Test.
