•Witnessing NDE and performing visual examinations
•Review of Radiographic filims, Pentrant Tests
•Verification of welding consumables as per WPS
•Review of Inspection & Test Plans, material test reports
•Inspections of Pressure Vessels, Heat exchangers as per Fabrication drawing
•Inspection of Piping System wise and conform it is according to P&ID and 3D Drawings.
•Inspection of Internal Weld Quality of pipelines using Borescopy Machine
•Preparation of weld maps and weld logs
•Handling customers during Factory Acceptance Tests
•Conducting of pressure test on pressure vessels.
•Verification of surface finish of pressure vessels
•Material Verification as per technical delivery conditions and code requirements.
