•Sourcing and managing to ship a wide range of materials like automobiles, spare parts, machinery, consumer goods, industrial and building materials, medical and safety equipment, DG, and Non-DG items.
•Planning and manage the operations in the Warehouse/Inventory/ Storage/ ETA/ Transportation to ensures the process of SCM in an effective and smooth manner.
•Handling manpower allocation. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
•Ensuring cost-saving procedures with imports/exports and transit shipments. Global Freight forwarding activities.
•In-charge for: Customs Clearance & documents submission. Arrange the clearing agents in a daily manner.
•Verifying the shipping documents (CI, PL, DN, AWB, BL, COO) giving instructions to the logistics partners. Complete knowledge of Mirsal-II.
•Paperwork and pertaining documentation to shipping like Cargo booking, Country of Origin, Export Declaration, GRN, MSDS, and MTC etc.
•Organizing the daily delivery, storage and distributing goods, materials to various sites and client’s warehouse by arranging required and proper documentation like BOE, gate pass, entry, and exit pass for vehicles and goods.
•Handling various logistics/courier teams like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and many other freight/shipping companies in a daily manner.
•Maintain and track all order status, Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, fund request approvals, projects, deliveries, invoices, and payments . Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables.
•Prepare reports on OSD, discrepancies, replacement, and return of goods to vendors.
•Letter of Credit Approval, wire transfer (overseas) to all suppliers and freight forwarders.
•Fleet Management, Purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries, deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles.
•Responsible for meeting regularly with drivers, dispatchers and maintenance team members to discuss ways to meet or exceed corporate revenue goals.
•Loading and unloading all shipments, packing, labelling, and storage according to warehouse capacity and conducting inspection on products receiving and dispatching.
•Accounting all the financial transactions in Tally. Manage the petty cash, payments, and banking related works.
•Prepare and file Import/Export/Transit documents for all shipments required as per FTA standards for VAT purposes.
•Maintaining clients through frequent visits and meetings. Active participation in a management meeting.
•Handling government/municipality/Customs/Port/Insurance/banking related works.
