Job Responsibilities:
•Supporting and troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony devices for various clients
•Configuration of User phone Features.
•Moving, Adding and Deleting Extensions.
•Troubleshooting of IP phone registration issues.
•Class of Service using Partitions and CSS.
•Configuration of Extension mobility.
•Monitoring and troubleshooting of ISDN issues
•Monitoring and basic trouble shooting of Voice Gateways like H323 and MGCP
•Attending daily status report and incident management calls.
•Configuration of Voice Interfaces: FXS, FXO, ISDN E1/T1.
•Configuration of SRST and call signaling protocols on Voice Gateways.
•Configuration of CME (Call Manager Express) on Cisco routers
