Main Role of Activities: Marketing / Sales/ Business Development & Coordination.
• Protect the company market image and strengthen credibility across the region and provide the team an
effective communication plan of all company products and services in the country.
• Prepare Business plan coordinate with senior managers. Implement sales plans that will facilitate the
achievement of revenue. Ensure effective implementation of all sales programs for the prompt resolution of
issues of key accounts on a daily basis.
• Establish a strong relationship with existing & potential clients, consultants, contractors and to get the
feedback about products.
• Sales target monitoring and planning for achievement on regular basis. Generate sales opportunities by
identifying appropriate business targets. Register all the incoming enquiries and outgoing quotations for easy
tracking and follow up.
• Prepare action plans for effective search of Marketing leads and prospects. Assist in the development and
implementation of business development objectives in line with the company's business plans. Provide timely
feedback to senior management regarding performance and Carried out proper reporting and escalation
procedures.
• Generate /collect enquiries from client, consultant and contractor; and work closely with team members to
develop service proposals. Submit proposals and closely follow up with client and update the status to
management. Arrange final negotiation meeting and close the order along with top level management.
• Preparing quotes, sending them across on timely basis with samples and proper follow up. Explore new sales
opportunities while negotiating on specifications, price and delivery with the new and existing clients.
• Attend primary meetings with new clients to introduce the company and maintaining a good relationship
with them through continuous follow up.
• Coordinating with the Sales, Logistics Dept. and with various departments for the timely delivery of services.
• Providing impartial advice to ensure customers purchased the right product. Handle customer issues,
resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Senior Manager.
• Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times. Collect, accurately record and update information
according to company quality standards.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing sales calls, answer customer queries by phone, email and in person.
Manage the customer relationship in pre-sales for an effective handover to post sales.
• Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. Prepare
quotations and proposals for client orders and deal with any queries or complaints effectively.
• Meet the potential clients and to coordinate development of action plans to initialize new projects. Status
review meetings, weekly, monthly and quarterly updating of the business to the senior management, study
of competition and implementing strategies to meet market challenges, developing better methodologies to
take the business to the next level.
• Handling customer complaints, service for the Customers directly, Coordinating with internal office to meet
customer's requirement, Follow up of ensuring committed service to the clients and after sales issues.
