PMT(Project ManagerTeam) Instrument supervisor of pre-commissioning, commissioning.
Provides technical expertise and guidance during installation and testing of instrumentation, DCS, ESD, and related systems to ensure that quality facilities are delivered to the Operations customer.
Provides field engineering surveillance of EPC instrumentation work
Monitors instrumentation construction schedule and progress.
-ensure throughout the whole Project, full compliance of Instrument and Control System design to the Project Safety concept.
•ensure the follow up of the Control Systems and Instrument studies developed by the EPCC Contractor during the detail Engineering.
-ensure the good Management of the System Integration Contract.
•in coordination with PMT Operation representative, organize and monitor Company input in the detail Engineering design and specifications.
•follow up Contractor procurement activities, to comply with HSE, QA/QC and Schedule Project requirements.
•ensure Construction (including Pre-commissioning work, such as Systems SAT) activities of the EPC Contractor are well prepared, and in due time, then well executed, as per SHE, Quality and Schedule Project requirements.
•in coordination with PMT Operation representative, organize and monitor Operation

Responsibilities: ➢ I am working in Nigeria to Port Harcourt off shore as instrument supervisor to maintenance in Gas Plant for NAOC
➢ I can handle maintenance activities troubleshooting,
➢ Problems in control rooms and field.
➢ Working with: Hokushin, Foxboro, Siemens, FEA, Masoneilland, Livello, Kent, Echart, Hartman - Braun, Fischer - Rosemount, Honeywell - DCS 3000 control loops components.
