Domain: Supply Chain Management & Ecommerce Web Applications (Integrated with ERP)
Objective: This project involved complete customization of the existing B2B and B2C e-commerce application for our client Husqvarna Group, a global leading producer of outdoor power products and innovative solutions for forest, park and garden care based in Sweden.
Played a significant role in leading and managing all aspects of business and projects in an international environment with stakeholders from multiple ethnicities. Acted as a link between business and technical personnel to assure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. Participated in all planning, estimation, scheduling, transition and solution design activities.

Domain: Web Applications
Objective: The Project was end to end web application development and integration with LDAP authentication server and Content management server for Orange Business Services.
Participated in the process of stakeholder analysis and documenting stakeholder register. Collected requirements from the relevant stakeholders using interviews and created requirement documentation. Ensured the Scope and time baseline were being adhered. Provided weekly status report on the progress, cost and schedule variances in the project. I interacted with stakeholders and addressed their concerns. Managed changes to the project deliverables by following change management plan. Monitored the status of all identified risks in Risk Register.
Key Achievements:
•Regulated all functions throughout the development lifecycle to successfully accomplish the project on time, and according to the client requirements, as well as interceded with internal business users, and IT development groups to clearly understand their needs, and delivered expected outcomes.
•Functioned in close collaboration with technical support team to formulate application software procedures and documentation for usage, operation, back-up and recovery, problem resolution, and process automation.
•Remained in touch with end users to evaluate application software accuracy, integrity, and interoperability.
