• Installation, configuration and support for Avaya Communication Server 1000, Callpilot, Integrated Conference bridge, Communication Manager, System Manager, Session Manager, Contact recorder, One-X attendant, Smile consoles, IP desk phones, IP conference phone, IP wireless phones, Digital desk phones and 2250 attendant console.

• Design and execute Communication Server and Communication Manager Software and hardware upgrade projects.

• Oversee and supervise physical installation of the system, including the cable wiring from equipment side to user’s side.

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of the client’s situation.
